Why does the website look so dark? Are you goth or something?
No I'm not goth, but I did want the website to look different. I believe that I have suceeded in that respect. We aren't underground hacker wannabes or anything like that, just a group of people interested in self-empowerment and knowledge.
Why are there a bunch of different layouts?
Almost all of the pages should have the same layout, but there are a few html files left to convert.
What's with the ads?
I despise most forms of advertising, but I was forced to put up ads to pay for the server costs.
I want to donate money to help pay for server costs!

What kind of technology are you using?
We are currently using a PHP/MySQL database system to store the articles. At one time, everything was individual HTML files, but the website became way too big for that.
Did you write all of the articles?
No, but I did write a lot of them. A lot of the content comes from submissions.

All uploaded executables are deleted.

We try to cover all perspectives on political issues, but don't always succeed.
Why are you providing potentially dangerous information?
If someone really wants to commit a crime, they are going to do it one way or another. We provide information that could be considered dangerous for purely scientific purposes (understanding why it is dangerous and the effects). The visitors to this website are the only people responsible for anything they choose to do with the information. We also try to provide safety advisories and warnings when applicable to ensure that people are aware of the risks..
Are the interviews real?
Although it is impossible for me to completely verify the people being interviewed, the interviewees vehemently claim that their stories and lives are real.

I am trying to leech a picture, but I keep getting a 404 error! What is going on?
Remote linking to pictures isn't so bad when it is in a forum post, but when people start using them for forum avatars, signatures, or permanent pictures on their website, they are abusing our bandwidth. Therefore, I have implemented an htaccess script that will prevent remote linking of pictures.
Can I archive your website with HTTrack?
Yes you can, but if you are doing it every day or several times a week, don't be surprised if your IP address gets banned. It is a tremendous waste of bandwidth and isn't fair to the people that browse the website normally. I have blocked most of the robots.txt-compliant archivers, but this is one annoying exception.
How do I use the RSS feature on this website?
You can use Firefox to view our RSS feed. When you are in any part of the website, click this 
icon on the right side of the URL space. Choose to subscribe to the feed and now you should be able to see all of our recent updates when you hover over the FIS bookmark in the bookmarks menu. RSS will not work with Internet Explorer until Microsoft decides to provide support for it.
