The Free Information Society website has gone through a lot of changes since Sept. '03, when it was created. It has always relied on flash interfaces and graphic design, but the first attempts were quite crude and disorganized, as can be seen below. The index page is no longer a simple "splash", but has merged what used to be a separate updates page and the home page, along with some graphics. Feel free to laugh and jeer, I was even shocked to look back over a year's time. Once (for a week or two) there was even a horrid musical loop on the index page. Many changes are sure to come! I hope that the current version looks more professional and organized, as that is the progressive goal.
