Wireless Phono Oscillator Schematic

Chris King submitted the following description of this device after it was mislabeled: "These were popular in the pre-hi-fidelity days for using a standard broadcast receiver as an amplifier for a phonograph (record player). You plugged a turntable in, and the record played into a low-power AM transmitter that could be picked up by a radio tuned to it a short distance away. Note that there's an antenna, but no speaker, in the diagram, which would make it impossible for the circuit to transmit audio to anyone's ears." Thanks for the correction Chris!
